My name is Paul Emtsev, and I am a workplace mediator, leadership trainer and business coach.
Early in my professional life, I realized how much depends on the way we work together and deal with each other. That is why I want to support individuals, teams and organisations in improving cooperation and conflict at work.
My career started in crisis and corporate communications before moving to participation processes and conflict resolution in various fields, both for the public and private sector. Today, I work with clients from a wide range of industries and diverse personal backgrounds around the world.
As I provide most of my services within international settings, I am used to work in English, German, French, Italian and Russian. I believe that together works better. Together, we can make work a better place, worldwide.
