What defines good training?

I think that good training sessions provide two things - entertainment and learning. It's about creating a space for experimentation, reflection and discovery that is not only pleasant in the moment, but that plants the seeds for continuous long-term growth.

Outdated or too general content will fail to meet the evolving needs of professionals.
